Apple cake

Apple cake 

Ingredients:

15  g butter
20  g sugar
15  ml  milk
25  g cake flour
30  g peeled and sliced green apple
1  g baking powder

Method:

  • Arrange apples slices in a stainless steel mould. Blend together remaining ingredients and pour it over the apples.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C till there is a golden crust and cook through.
  • keep aside to cool. Refrigerate and serve cold. 

Note :  Serve with vanilla sauce.
